TEST: Look In on the Ruins

A fisherman wanted to know who had taken his boat. A woman wanted to know why her husband had stopped writing. A small ghost in a very good hat wanted only to be told he was handsome, and she told him, because he was.
“Same time next week,” she said, when the lamps of the living world had gone down over the water. None of them would remember. She would.
